When you create a new Issue it will show at the top of your Issue List. But you can change this order, as well as grouping Issues together in any way that makes sense to you. Simply drag and drop Issues to where you’d like them to sit.

You might also want to create Sub-Issues (and even Sub-Sub-Issues). To do this, just drag one Issue on top of another in the list.
